As an oil painter, it takes some time for the paint to dry before I can continue working, otherwise I risk muddying up/dulling the colors. Therefore, I like to have a couple paintings to work on while I'm waiting. Here are a couple projects I have in the works.

The top is focusing on Passamaquoddy dances, this one is the circle dance. Set in the summer amongst the backdrop familiar to the Sipayik Passamaquoddies. An oil painting in the works, measuring at 36"x48".

The second painting is inspired by a dream that I had. Powerful medicine people came to me when I was in a rut; feeling lost and hopeless. They lifted me up and gave me courage to continue on. Also a work in progress, oil paints on a 36"x48" canvas.
